Very calm this well set-up studio is located on the 4th French floor of a walk up 18th century building having a security system and a concierge. It can accommodate a couple and a child.
West exposed it has the charm of genuine wooden beams enhanced by the white painted walls and by the yellow and blue modern area rug set down on the off-white tiled floor. It has one window opening to the silent and narrow courtyard. The total area is 21m2 and the furniture is modern.
- The main door opens to the 18m2 living room consisting on a double sofa bed settled under the mezzanine on which is placed a double mattress. abounding of historical points of interest. It has been the center

many fashion shops, bookstores, and other services all along the
Boulevard Saint Michel where is the Sorbonne University, as well
as in the neighboring famous Boulevard Saint Germain.
